PART TIME ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER

We are a 4 Partner, 2 Salaried GP training Practice located in Hayes which has its own premises and a gated car park within easy reach of the A40 and M4 in West London. Our Practice is dynamic and forward thinking with a multidisciplinary team onsite. The Practice list size 10,800, has a Good CQC rating, uses EMIS and Docman and has a high QOF achievement.

We are looking to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with experience to join our friendly team, 30 hours a week with days/sessions to be agreed. Salary dependent on experience.  Full NHS pension.
